Shipping
We prepare and ship most orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
When you place your order, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date based on item availability and the shipping option you select at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
We ship to most domestic and international destinations. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions, and international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping rates for orders under $50 and for international shipments are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, shipping method, and package weight.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Jiana Deon pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

With all tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to start a return or exchange
Please contact us at info@jianadeon.com with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll respond promptly with clear instructions on how to send your package back to us.
If your return or exchange is approved and the issue is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jianadeon.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. While processing times may vary by bank or payment provider, most refunds are completed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
