Each order is thoughtfully prepared and typically ships within 24–72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary U.S. shipping for FREE.

What is your return policy?
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Yes. Every studio project includes two complimentary revisions to ensure the final content aligns with your vision before delivery.

How are final files delivered?
Once your project is approved and final payment is received, watermark-free files are delivered digitally for download.
