How quickly do you ship orders?
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 24-72 hours. (business days, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Shipping rates for orders under $50 and international shipments are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I start a return or exchange?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
